being shy never helps.. this means you won't express yourself and others around you have to work real hard to understand what goes on in your mind, if you are happy, sad, upset, disturbed, etc... generally it isn't fair to make people around you work so hard just to be able to communicate with you.. that's when people usually give up.. sooner or later...
