Wow, there were a lot of posts while I was away.

So, the first question. Do you have to find an animal who's into humans? The short answer is yes. Some are simply not interested in sex with anything. Some are interested in sex, but may not be so with humans. Some, from what I've heard, only like certain sexual acts, not necessarily intercourse.

For the second question, I'll answer this later. It merits a longer explanation than I can give right now.

Third question. No, I don't think that having sex with an animal is a prerequisite for being a zoophile. Neither do I think that having had sex with a woman is a prerequisite for a man to be straight, or with a man for him to be gay. Sexuality runs deeper than experience.

Fourth question, furries. I don't know if you mean furries as in what they draw, or furries as in the people. If you mean what they draw, I'm don't have strong feelings either way. I'm not sexually attracted to them though. The people, it depends. I've met some cool furries, but a higher than normal percentage of them are annoying, for various reasons.

About the mini conversation about animals having sex for pleasure. I have a few things to add.

As was said, dolphins have sex for pleasure. They also engage in rape and coercion, and homosexual sex.

Penguins have been noted to engage in prostitution for rocks to build their nests with. A specific penguin couple was also noted to mate for life, in a homosexual relationship. They used a rock as a fake egg for a while, then were given a real egg, which they hatched and raised.

Apes and monkeys are known for a whole gambit of sexual behavior, including masturbation, homosexual sex, and sex purely for pleasure.

It's been noted that a female ferret will masturbate herself, if a male is not present.

Kangaroos have been filmed on camera masturbating, as have dogs.

I've seen a number of pictures of a rabbit trying to mate with various chickens, and have heard of other cross species pairings.

There's more, but I think I made my point. Animal sexual behavior is not as limited as humans would believe.

Something else of note. Even if the above examples don't convince you that animals have sex for purposes other than reproduction, that doesn't mean that they don't enjoy it. Humans experience pleasure during sex, even when trying to reproduce. Why do you assume animals wouldn't?

I'm going to add another piece of evidence, because, like I said, there's tons of it, so it's not like I'm going to run out of material.

Animals have their own ways of showing they are interested in sex. For a lot of female animals, it's called displaying. They raise their tails, turn around so their rear is facing the 'object of their desire', and, well, display themselves. It gets even more apparent than that, such as the animal backing up into their crotch or whining.

I don't know how that could be misinterpreted. That seems like a pretty amazingly obvious 'take me' if there ever was one.

Like I said, I'll give more evidence if you still aren't convinced.

Anyway, who else has come here as a zoophile? Have there really been that many?

You know, because of the tolerant reaction and nice conversation I had here, I decided to ask about the issue of zoophilia in other places, and I found something strange.

What would you expect the most intolerant group would be? The group that, more than any other, refuses to even listen to the arguments? That disregards logic more than any other?

I would probably have guessed people who identified as religious. While it's true, I didn't ask a large group of religious people, I still got a few comments from people who claimed to be religious. Anyway, they were not.

The most intolerant group in relation to zoophilia, as far as I could find, was furries. Who would have guessed it?

So, yes. I find that strange, in many ways.

Let's see, how to explain it...

Furries are basically people who are, in the broadest sense, into anthropomorphic art. Think "Robin Hood" by Disney, how they weren't people, but animals that looked like people.

I suppose there are some who stop there, but for most, it goes further. Not only are they into anthropomorphic art, but they are into anthropomorphic pornography. So, basically, pictures of human-looking animals having sex with each other.

There's more, but it's not really significant to the description, so I'll leave it out.

So, yeah. Those are the people who are least tolerant of zoophilia.

Some guys have said that a woman with cat-fur for skin would be hot.

I suppose my question would be, what do you see in a girl that makes her attractive?

Before I go on, I would like to make a little clarification, which explains why most descriptions really haven't helped me to understand.

I'm a guy, and I'm also a zoophile. So, that complicates things a bit explanation wise, since I've never experienced attraction to any person, male or female.

So, again, what do you see in a girl that makes her attractive? What specific traits? Is it a mix? Is it something that you can consciously explain? Or is it all subconscious?

Almost anything you can tell me to explain the subject would be nice. Keep in mind my frame of reference.

Feel free to ask me any questions too. I'm probably a bit of an anomaly around here, so you might have some.
Do you mean personality wise or looks wise? On an appearance level I like:

    1. Hips. I find wide hips so sexy, idk why.
    2. Boobs - don't really care. Small, medium, big - doesn't matter.
    3. Hair - I love long shiny healthy looking hair.
    4. Butt - I like a girl with a butt.
    5. Face - pretty face is the number 1 attraction I think.

I prefer curvy to under or over weight.

    Personality:
    1. Kind, generous, understanding.
    2. Compassionate
    3. Intelligent
    4. Able to be silly and act like a weirdo.
    5. Feminst views are a plus!
    6. Patient
    7. Loyal, etc.

To condense it down, I like nice girls. "Good girls" who aren't crazy into drugs or partying but can be silly as well.
