Do girls like it if I get a hair cut ?

I feel like I will never get a girlfriend... it has been so long and no girl likes me despite all of my effort.... what will I do ? When I am 30 and still never had a girlfriend ? It is very sad I think I must be damaged.

Wear something that makes sense. If you wear an outfit that looks completely out of place on you, no matter how 'cool', its just going to come off as try-hard. Besides, people don't really wear leather jackets to bars, and definitely not sun glasses.

And I couldn't tell you about your hair without seeing it, but put some effort into your appearance, ask a stylist maybe.

I mean absolutely terrible. Its the type of thing where you can pretend that you've given valuable advice when you've really said nothing.

If yourself = nervous, fidgety, has a tough time talking to women, and is awkward and anti-social, then "being yourself" is not the answer.

well for the haircut matter, it depends how you look. and since i haven't seen a pic of you then i can not say anything about it. as for the leather jacket, no need. though i don't know how you dress or anything but if you want to look and be appealing at all, to get a girl interested is having what we call in the states, "swag"/"swagger". basically summing it up to CONFIDENCE with some style.

in other terms it's how you walk, handle situations, act when meeting people or for short, how you carry yourself. i mean when you go to a place to meet and greet, you wouldn't want to be having your head down, slouching or just standing around by yourself. one would assume that you have a lack of CONFIDENCE and women would feel uninterested. you'd want a positive attitude whether or not you get shot down and so forth. little of it is how you dress but in my opinion, it wouldn't hurt to put some effort on that.

We both live in flats.

She work at bar... study still.

I work at store stacking shelves..... make maybe 400 per week.

I graduate and look for job.

I go an see her sometimes after work b.c we both finish late and sometimes on her day off.

I talk to her often....

She seems to like me I was very fit and strong.

I tell her how much I like her... but she rejects me... WHY ???????

Not rich enough ? Not pretty enough ? Not fit enough ? Not enough, enough ? What can I do ? Put so much effort into a person. Are young and fresh and full of love and adore her. Why would she reject me flat out ??

SOMETHING IS WRONG. It is not meant to happen like that ! We're supposed to get married and have babies thats what ppl do .... why do girls always say no !!

On average when dating count on asking out at least 20 girls:

Out of these 20 at least 10 should go out on a date with you
Out of these 10 first dates you should have at least 5 second dates
Out of these 5 second dates you should have at least one or two girls genuinely interested in a relationship with you

If you are not doing the above, then you need to lower your expectations. If you expect every single woman you like to return your affection then you seriously need to change that.
