My boyfriend and I have been going out for four months. Him and his ex-girlfriend are very close as they went out for three years. I don't have any problems with them being friends; I wish I was that close to my ex. But lately, I've been worried that he still may have some feelings for her. He brings her up in conversation at least once a week, and the other night he took her out for dinner and a 'romantic' movie for her twenty-first birthday. Part of me feels like there's nothing wrong with this, as it was her birthday, but the other part tells me that things like that are meant to be saved for me. We haven't been out for dinner alone with each other, and I haven't met her or any of his best friends except one. I honestly don't believe that he's cheating on me or anything like that, and I'd never ask him to not be friends with her, but is it wrong of him to take her somewhere like that? We haven't spoken properly in six days, which is a long time for us, and that makes me feel even worse.![]()
