thai food has been my biggest craving so far. i think it's the sweet and sour mixed together that does it for me.
i've tried making it at home but i've not been able to perfect anything. i've tried the coconut soup (tom yum ga?) and the sour soup (tom ka kai?) i don't know if i'm saying these things right. i haven't even attempted pad thai. i could mess up that recipe so bad a million times before i get it right, i suspect.

My mango curry recipe (on here) is a thai recipe I successfully copied. I've made pad thai, but its harder and frankly isn't worth it for the cost of the ingredients.
Besides, there is nothing quite like phoning your order ahead and running into the eatery hoping its ready so you can just pay & run. Otherwise, 5 min in there and your hair stinks for a week. LOL.Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.
