To the Muscular Men Out There

Hey this question is directed towards the men with muscles.

Is it uncomfortable for you to sleep at night? My baby has a rough time getting comfortable and gets those muscles pains in his neck to shoulder area.

I'm guessing it may be pillow issue? Help me out here! He gave me money to go shopping for him but I have no idea where to start. He is tall and muscular so that is why I am asking you guys!

I doubt he would take a muscle relaxant. He's always paranoid that he might get addicted to stuff. Maybe I can try him though LOL! What is it called?

Might just be an injury he has. Doubt its related to being muscular. Only pains I have are soreness the day after working out, and I quite like that feeling.

I think he's just sore from working out. Sometimes it hurts like hell when you're sleeping after you killed yourself at the gym.

It could indeed be a pillow problem. I had pain similar to what you describe your guy having, but when I finally got a pillow large enough that I could comfortably get both my head and upper shoulders on it: pain gone. I'd suggest that before you do anything else, buy him a big medium to hard pillow, and see if that doesn't help.
    When in trouble,
    Or in doubt,
    Run in circles,
    Scream and shout.

    Okay thanks for the replies.
I think chump might be right because he does get a massage once a week.
He thinks its the pillows too. I talked to him not too long ago.
It takes him so long to get comfortable :/
I feel so bad for him!

So do you think this type of pillow will help him?
