LOL. Yes, you do sound narcissistic. She sounds smart to have figured you. This bothers you, no doubt, so you want to lash out at her. How dare she actually decide you are a jerk and find someone better?

Take it for what it is: an opportunity to learn and do better next time.

How about get over it? Getting over it is your best response to everything you two have been through. If you send the email you will look foolish and childish and you don't want that. She could consider your email harassment, and say you are obsessed with her. LOL! A lot of things could go wrong and backfire. I would work really hard to moving on with someone else.

instead of getting mad at her, just move on. it shows that you are a weak person that can't get over the past.

When I hear someone say "she makes me so mad" or something to that extent, it just makes me think of that quote.

If she made you mad, then you let her make you mad. We have the power to choose how we react to certain situations. You can choose to not let it bother you.

Why do you even care that she's hiding anything? She should an irrelevant part of your life if you ask me.

Yes I am reacting instead of responding. I'm letting her control my head instead of me controlling it.

I'm currently seeing this girl who unfortunately lives an hour away. We talk every day and hang out like once a week, buuuut I guess its not enough to fully get the ex outta my head. Yet.

what do you have to lose? You already lose her so send her the email. Maybe is going to be good or not, so you can also continue your life. Some one have to make it. May she thinks the same abut you. Do it, and you will have your answer.
and now is time for me to go. you to live , and me to die

just do what you want to do, sometimes think too much is not good for you
i always think a lot before i do anything and it just gives myself a hard time.
if sent a email is what you feel you want to do then do it. if it hurts you in the end then you'll know what to do next time.
because even if you don't do anything right now you are still thinking about her
even though you are calling her a cold bitch you are still talk about her, her and her....

Thanks for the replies guys. If you had posted that the day I was contemplating sending the email, It might have swayed me. However, I've not sent it, and I'm happy I did not send it.

congratulation ^^, find more happiness in your life, it doesn't have to be another relationship, but at least something you would love to do right now

I'm not sure if someone here posted this, or my friend told me. Basically there's going to be a much larger chance of me regretting sending the email as opposed to me regretting NOT sending it.

I've been back and forth regarding my anger and resentment towards her. Its continually getting less and less intense. Sometimes I dwell on it too much and it consumes me. Staying busy and talking with other girls helps.

Its still very difficult because I work with her and see her every day. It's usually something she says or does that sets me off, gets me angry, and I start to dwell on things.

you are angry because you still care
she have her reasons when she treat you that way, sometimes it might not be as bad as you thought it is
after all everyone's busy with their own life, including her, why would she spent so much of her time just to make you angry? the only reason is because whatever she's doing make her feel better~
it's your choice, but i think you should be a man and look at things more possitively

there are so much more things in life than just a girl~ i know at this moment you can't get yourself out of it~ but everything will fade, she might be around you, but you feelings would slowly fade away, one day whatever she did, you might just smile and think nothing

Yeah it sounds like you still care about her and are jealous and that's ok it hasn't been that long and like you said you still see her all the time. That sh*t is hard. Anyway sounds like you are moving on, keep up the good work, you never know if you do well enough and are happy enough without her the power balance might even turn around.

Not sending the email is the right decision. In 6 months, you'll be glad you didn't.

Thanks for the kind words guys. At some point I definitely want the power balance to shift back in my favor. Not even to get her back, but just for the validation and me knowing I'm the good guy. It's happened with my previous 2+ yr relationships. The girls came back and I turned them both down because I had moved on.
