Mirror Repair

Here's an odd one for you.

My mom had a compact mirror which she cherished. It was given to her by her own mother. Just a plain old plastic compact. Nothing special. Yet it held great sentimental value for my mom. Years ago I broke it. I felt awful. I knew my mom was upset. She took the mirror and dropped it in the trash.

When she wasn't looking I fished it out. I stuffed it in a box, swore I'd fix it someday, and promptly forgot all about it. Well, I happened to open that box recently and I rediscovered her lost treasure. What a surprise it would be if on Christmas she were to unwrap the mirror I broke, the very one she herself threw away. I'm sure in her wildest dreams that mirror would never turn up again.

Now if only I could figure out how to fix it. Any suggestions? Who works on those kinds of things, glaziers?

Take it to a shop that cuts glass. If they can't fix it, they will surely know who can.
