I almost got into a head on collision on my lunch break. Still shaking. This idiotic woman didn't realize she was driving the wrong direction on a busy double lane one way. I turned out of the bank parking lot and was about to change to the left lane when I look up and an SUV is driving down that lane towards oncoming traffic. How she didn't know is beyond me but she wasn't even aware of what she was doing. Didn't even make eye contact with me or any other drivers. WTF?!? I was too panicked to even honk or blanked at the name of the road or I'd have called the cops.

That and my company has almost the same phone number as this electric company and this older woman was so rude to me just now, demanding that I help her with her account. I kept trying to tell her she'd reached the wrong company but she'd demand that I'd help her and again I'd tell her she has reached the wrong company and swore up and down she'd dialed right. She. Called. Me. Stupid. Really lady????

I had some serious thoughts of doing that the fourth time they woke up, though I wasn't completely certain that the parents weren't in. I'm going to have a word with them next time I see them.

That's when you tell her politely you must speak with your supervisor and put her on "hold".

Whether you actually put her on hold indefinitely, or just hang up is up to you.

Ahhhh, that would have felt good but I imagine my own grandma's doing the same thing and wouldn't want anyone to be rude or condescending to them so I was using my kid gloves on her but then granny pulled out the big guns. Yer killin me smalls!

Im stuck at home, i cant get my car up my road, because the stupid council havnt gritted it and i just slide everywhere on the snow
So this means i cant get into work, to finish something important, and i also cant get to an appointment this afternoon.

A bit of snow and this country comes to a standstill!

That's why so many Americans drive big SUV's and trucks.

What do you do for work?

I'll add that I should have a least a small SUV or something raised if I'm going to continue living in this stupid bowl. My car ingested water over the summer and it was a very expensive repair. Golfs are way too low to the ground.

I feel like a jerk. I broke up with the swiss girl. I've been getting increasingly hysterical text messages tonight, and I haven't replied to any of them because I don't know what to say.
Is it burnin'? Well, f-ck, now you're learnin'.
