Organic is overrated.
Organic is overrated.
organic these days by society means gmo and pesticide free...food used to be organic a long time ago, these days most people eat synthetic food and food that is a low quality, bleached and full of chemicals or food that is modified. not my cuppa tea thank you very much!
Work like you don't need the money. Love like you've never been hurt. Dance like nobody's watching
Don't forget your organic shampoo and organic edible underwear. Rawr.
i keep a diary of the food i eat, i eat so much shit and in such bad routine, its really crappy for my health, i need someone to give me a kick up the backside to make me eat better!
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Anyone seem that Food, Inc movie? Ive heard its good.
FYI - I buy my meat from a local butcher (they raise their own beef) and the quality is nothing like what you get from a supermarket. 2-3 X the price but worth it.
Also, in summer the local farmers sell their produce at very reasonable prices. Plus, you are supporting the local economy. If you can afford it, buying local is always better.
Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

I had something called kore, which is basically the Serbian version of a burrito. A wheat tortilla with pork and fried until crispy. They are so damn good. I had 7 of them, and then drank 2 liters of coca cola. I'm going to be a fat mother****er someday.
hard shell tacos and spanish rice and a mango slushie
So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell,
blue skies from pain.
Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?
I wonder what Bored George had to eat today?![]()
The male is a domestic animal which, if treated with firmness, can be trained to do most things

This morning, cooked ham and cheese omelet.
For dinner a supreme pizza... mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, onions, three kinds of meats, cheese... etc. Been a couple of weeks since I had pizza.
Really hit the spot.
"The weakest soul, knowing its own weakness, and believing this truth that strength can only be developed by effort and practice, will, thus believing, at once begin to exert itself, and, adding effort to effort, patience to patience, and strength to strength, will never cease to develop, and will at last grow divinely strong."
- James Allen
I don't know how to make naan. That would be sweet. Most of the recipes I've found were off. Too Americanized. I should get a respectable Indian cookbook. I love Indian food.

My indian cookbook doesn't have naan! (Or maybe it is called something else?).
Today I ate:
eggwhite, musroom, and cheese omlette with sour cream and salsa
salad with feta, chicken, tomatoes, and red onion with El Torito cilantro dressing
baja chicken caesar salad
I miss carbs.
