alright, I will break my thought process down for you.

1) I was voted "phony of the year" which doesn't make sense b/c I've been banned repeatedly for my candidness. So I ask why
2) the response I'm given has nothing to do with being fake
3) if I entertain Charlie Boy's answer, it sounds like he's desperately looking for anything to put me down

a) I don't spend that much time working out

If I had to summarise what makes you fake I would say it's your inability to acknowledge your personal flaws (of which you have many), your disrespectful and contemptous nature towards your fellow LFers and your insistance to counter and argue every single difference of opinion which is different to yours to prove that only your point of view is valid and every one elses is flawed. You know, there isn't a conspiracy to abuse you and intimidate you, you really bring a lot of what's happening onto yourself and everything that has happened did as a direct consequence of your actions.

I'm only saying this because I hope that somewhere in that head of yours you will recognise the validity of charges layed against you and acknowledge at least a partial culpability that landed you where you are now. Not that I'm not anticipating that you will likely twist this around and say I'm being insecure or jelous of you or whatever other fantasy you will come up with in self defense like you did with others as recently as today and as diversly as in this thread. You are a smart bloke and you have some potential, but I might be foolish to believe you will actually use it and keep yourself out of trouble.

on the contrary, what you perceive as argumentative is me trying to understand you. No offense but most of you say dumb things. So I give you the benefit of the doubt and let you elaborate. When I asked why people think I'm phony, all I did was pose a question. There is nothing inherently evil with asking "how come?" I wasn't trying to be argumentative or prove that I'm right. Rather, I wanted to listen to you in case there was a scenario I hadn't considered.

either you're lying or you really don't have a clue what you're talking about. There's no way you can honestly say I bring a lot of what's happening onto myself when I have 5 or 6 infractions for no reason. I was also perma-banned while still serving a temporary ban (explain how I deserve to get banned while already banned?)

I would post examples of bs infractions I received, but I'm sure a certain marine arthropod wouldn't like that.
