Got a first date! However...

I finally got lucky and had a first date. It went well according to the fact that I was able to break the touch barrier and got a cuddle at the end.

I have made an effort to keep in regular contact until I'm available for a second date. I text her every 2 or so days. However, she has not text me FIRST since the date. Is she playing hard to get? or is it etiquette for the man to initiate text conversations?

Being pessimistic, is it worth asking for a second date?

Not exactly the most romantic mode of communication invented by man, you know. How about writing her a letter?

As long as you're not obviously bothering her then give her a call, they're a whole lot better than texts and you can tell by someones tone of voice [most of the time] how they really feel about something rather than just assuming from reading things. That being said, don't ask for a "second date", just ask if she wants to go for dinner or to the cinema if you didn't do that the first time 'round.
