I'm working this weekend, and my daughter is coming in with me for half a day on Sunday. Should be funny - she thinks my job is disgusting and scary.

Advice from a crazy doctor mother's son. Don't show her any of the really disgusting stuff and try to explain it with food examples... it may make her never touch that food again.

Cook it looong and slow..... they are hard to mess up.

Here's my plan of attack: I'm going to marinate it all night in the fridge then at 7am or so tomorrow I will throw it in the crockpot on low heat...and just kind of let it go all day. I think we'll eat around 7 or 8 tomorrow night. You think low heat in the crockpot all day will be ok?

It should be... but I usually cook it in the oven. But crockpot meats always turn out tender, so you should be fine.

I think it will be fine. Throw some bourbon in there too. Yum. Then finish it on the grill tomorrow night.

Im just about to go out for dinner with my bf. were going to an italian. Tomorrow I have loads of stuff to do at home and sunday im meeting friends for lunch. Pretty chilled weekend really.

Nothing tonight...I'm spending all day tomorrow with my gf...I think she wants to go shopping...yay!...Sunday night we are going to see some bands that are doing a charity concert for someone we know who was burned in a car wreck...a few of our friends are playing in some of the bands to.

Please do something for me...go out to a bar you like...or if you don't like one pick one that looks nice from the outside...go in and toss back a few of those confidence boosters...I'm a rum and coke man but pick your poison...find a moderately attractive...not the most attractive, moderately attractive woman in the room and talk to her...if all goes well invite her back to your place and use your imagination.

I want this for you....I was like you for to long....video games are fun but I'll tell you they are not as much fun as getting hammered and rubbing your face in a woman's breasts you just met....your only young once.

In the marinade. I always get my brisket drunk before I cook it.
