It depends... I think they look okay on some (black) people, but I am not a fan if on white people.

It's cool from afar (on black reggaeton folk) but I'm not interested it looks dirty and probably feels pretty gross. Not a fan...

I agree with Vashti. If your hair does not naturally lend it self to dreads, you shouldn't have them. I, myself, prefer braids anyway if you have nappy hair. Keeping dreadlocks tidy is a challenge.
