May have injured wrist, and ulnar nerve.

The stupidest injury I've ever gotten.

I was getting off the couch, and when I pressed off the seat my wrist bent back just a little too far and I felt a kind of snap.

It was quick and it didn't give me a lot of initial pain, but I've been feeling discomfort for the past 5 days.

Had my hand in a little splint I got at Walgreens.

After doing research, some kind of damage to the ulnar nerve seems probable, as my pinky and ring finger, as well as the base of my palm periodically feel pins and needles.

Also, like an idiot, I decided I was well enough to pull wire yesterday and I'm regretting that this morning.

I'd hate to go to the doctor now that we're about 9 days away from moving to Philly.

That's, like, a fat person's injury. That sucks.

    That's what I was saying.

It's funny because I wasn't even lounging the whole weekend, I worked 7 days last week...well I guess today would be 12 days.

Yeah, you're not exactly someone I would imagine has trouble getting off the couch.

It wasn't trouble getting off the couch, I put all of my weight on my wrist which was pressing down on a surface that had little resistance and it bent back more than usual.

    Snap.

Apparently you don't whack it often enough to keep those things strengthened.
