Are girls afraid of eye contact?

When I'm walking on the street, I can't help myself staring at some girls' faces, especially their eyes. I know that it is very rude to do that, probably annoying to that girl. Well, the reactions of the girls differ, some girls would staring at me also with their eyes wide open, I can see the curiosity of her in the eyes, or is she confused? I can never tell. But I would try to avoid her eye contact when she is staring at me, that is also the reaction of some girls when I am staring at them. They will frown and look somewhere else. Sometimes I can see that they are also blushing with the boyfriend (I assumed) aside.

Most of the girls I'm staring at are westners, some of them are with a male hugging each other. They do have grey blue eyes, that is what attract me and that is where I am trying to look at.

I love eye contact. Just be careful that once you've made it, and recognize when she isn't interested in you, you stop it. Eye contact can be very intimate, and it's not comfortable for everyone.

Strangers who stare are extremely creepy. That's probably how you come off to these women.
