How to ask a girl out

Do you guys have any good tips/ lines on how to tell a girl you like her or ask her out?
Also would it be weird if a guy asked a girl out without ever talking about being in a relationship before?
I talk to this girl, and we act like friends, but im considering to let her know my true feelings for her, but we've never talked about it before.

Go for it. When you are dead you are dead for a long long time. What do you have to lose? Ask her out for a drink, for a meal, to the cinema. Or just tell her how you really feel.
Don't mess around - life it way too short.

Women are attracted to confidence, so just act confident and ask her out. And don't wait too long, or you will end up in the Friend Zone.

Next time you talk to her, mention some restaurant or movie that you're interested in. If she is interested in you, she may express interest in the restaurant or movie that you mentioned, giving you the shot to ask her out. But if she doesn't make it that easy, ask her out anyway. The worst that can happen is that she is still flattered, but maybe decides that you two can't be friends. And that wouldn't be a loss, because you can't really be friends with her if you're attracted to her.

I am female, so to my opinion, whatever I think about you (just a friend or a man I start to like) , if you ask me out straightly (ex: This film is premiering, do you want to watch? or do u usually go to coffee shop after work? I know a very nice place, do you want to go? or I want to buy something, need your advice....) , women like us are willing to help or just sometime enjoy life, so I will be happy to say yes. If I am busy, I will say directly that I am busy (dont think that it is an excuse), and it will be nice if you reply: oh so next time, or whenever you are free (remember to ask for exact day when we are available, girl like us usually dont notice the time )
