Hello,

I am new here. I was with my ex for 13 years, married for 10. One week after our 10th anniversary, my father died. Two weeks later, my ex admitted he wanted a divorce (this was back in May of this year). Then I was laid off. 2010 has been a tumultuous year.

I should be crushed, I suppose. But actually, I am finding that the divorce was sort of like finding a skeleton in the woods...the marriage was dead long before anybody knew it, now we can move on. Still, it has been more than a decade since I was doing the whole dating/boyfriend thing, so I could use y'all's advice. So here I am!
