When you say you feel insecure about your body do you mean that you are overweight? I'm not trying to be nosy. My GF could do with losing some weight but she realizes that. But the sex is great despite that. You don't have to be a stick insect to give somebody pleasure in bed.

I'm a man, so my advice is continue with fitness it won't do you any harm.
When you're alone with him, rub your backend subtly in his gun (while you chat or move around the house) with your long hair loosened and if it hits his face all the better . That makes me A LOT horny.
