Ideas for New Years?

I'm under 21 and don't drink, neither of us like parties all that much, and he doesn't want to do anything "crazy." I live in Washington DC. I was hoping to do dinner out, then maybe see fireworks, and then go home and spend some intimate time in bed. I can't find any places that are doing fireworks, though.

Any ideas? I want it to be a fun night and different than our normal night out, but if you don't drink or dance it seems like there's not much to do.

That's an idea I hadn't thought of. But we can't do that all night, it's cold. lol

You could always cut out the fireworks if you can't find anywhere that is doing them at midnight.

Go out for a nice dinner, come on back home. Watch a movie or 2, then celebrate your own special way when 12 hits.
