Yeah. They made it sound like they'd call me yesterday and said today at the very latest. As much as I dig the girl I'm seeing, this is kind of a bigger deal in that I'm currently unemployed and this would be the best possible thing to happen to my career. Just really nervous, I've already refused two jobs holding out for this one.

my uncle is a chef in NYC...i understand how hard it is, believe me. but don't fret too much, getting down in the dumps about it will only make things harder on yourself. try to stay positive...as hard it is, still try.

Dude. Never refuse jobs. Buy time. Hell, if you have to accept a crappier one and ditch on them. Never. Ever. Refuse.

Give them a call tomorrow. Tell them you got a pretty good job offer but you'd really rather work with them, so you wanted to touch bases before making a decision. At this point it's not like it could hurt your chances, and if nothing else you may at least get closure. Nothing sucks more than the waiting game.

for the record, i didn't complain - i didn't even see your post before it was edited by golubka. that's how awesome of a mod she is. but you should know a lot better than to post pictures of people on here - that is an invasion of my privacy and i don't appreciate that at all. so don't act all innocent and try to vindicate yourself (she's pretty fair actually - she gave me an infraction/warning before). the least you could do is reciprocate a minimum level of respect that i've given you by not posting my pictures. and if you're going to get yourself in trouble, at least choose a picture where i'm not intentionally looking like a nerd. it's kind of pathetic that it's the only ammo you've got - i'm quite an attractive guy. well, attractive enough to date some really beautiful women.
