    Art Deco Dilemma

I need to dress and get my hair done like Jean Harlow for our New Years party...and I don't even know where to start. The vintage dresses are sooooo expensive and I am not used to doing anything to my hair except for occasionally washing it. Any tips ladies?

    Youtube is your friend.
Seriously. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to hair and makeup, and I have learned SO much on how to do my hair in all the latest fashions, and my nails, and oh! I can now do a smokey eye!

Have you tried Googling the Jean Harlow "look"? Maybe you can find some sites where you can find a wig like hers, some make up tips & also a dress that won't be very expensive.

I wish I had some tips for you, but I pretty much do my hair in 1 style & don't always wear make up these days.

Well there are plenty of website on how to apply make up & what kind/colors are right for your skin tone. If I have some time tonight I will see what I can find for you & post it here.
