Please Suggest a Restaurant to propose someone in Illinois

Hi friends need a suggestion from you all...

this is my first visit to United States, which i`m going only to propose someone who stays in Aurora, IL
well its been 18 months since i last met her ... actually was just busy gathering money for the trip and ring ofcourse

Well as its my first visit i am not familiar with the restaurants in the place, so could you please suggest me something...

Basically i was looking for a place which is not crowded and if possible where i can get a private table ....

Personally, a restaurant is such a forgettable atmosphere. Go to the city and find somewhere beautiful.

a fancy restaurant can be considered beautiful. if i wanted to casually propose that's where i'd do it
