Do you think someone that has been aggressive,violent, paranoid and a womaniser can change themselves without getting help???

those look like symptoms of a serious mental ilness. even with help it may not be cured. if a person is unwilling to seek help, he does not view it as a serious problem. looks like the person needs to hit bottom before things start getting better.
