Broke NC after a month

Dude I am none of the problem, before she contacted me I was one the road to forgeting however she contacted me and now I am conserned about her. But I'm still letting her have her space, I'm not contacting her at all and I won't, if she contacts me again I'm not going to reply unless it is "I regret everything.....". So I cannot see how I am the problem at all or putting pressure on her at all.

You are the problem by being her enabler.

A term you hopefully learn someday before its too late.

You must vanish from her do not respond at all that is NO CONTACT. What you are doing is not NC.

I post not as a menace but as someone who used to live that way.

NC is used for two reasons...

1. in hopes that she will start to miss you
2. for you to get over her

if #1 happens thats great, but if it doesnt please see #2.

How am i her enabler, I do not push her towards anything. Besides saying exactly what I felt, eg. "you made all this happen...."

I know i broke NC, the thread title is " I broke NC..."; however I was doing NC before i messed up on Sun and I was doing it well.I even altered the way I drive to work in order not to see her, even though I have to leave earlier. I am going to vanish this time as i did in the first month.
