He sent me a text telling me about a horse in the cheltenham gold cup (big horse race) but the horse was called "wish you were here"(i had no idea he was talking about a horse) ...that, along with other stuff said in the text and said previously, made me think it was meant for someone else....how embarassing,im not gonna live this one down for a while were both laughing about it now though!

I'm annoyed that I seem to be a female freak of nature.

Every time I go out to clubs with friends, my friends will tell me I don't need to bring along money, as the clubs are so packed with desperate guys I will never need to buy a drink. Well, lo and behold, EVERY time we go, I end up buying my own drinks, and watching my friends get hit on (I hold the coats and watch the purses.)

What's REALLY annoying about this phenomenon is none of my friends believe me! They keep insisting I'm too smart/witty/cute to not get hit on. If I come back from the bar with a drink I bought myself, they exclaim "See! You just needed to be more confident, and guys notice you!" If a guy asks me where the bathroom is, my friends will say," Oh that guy was TOTALLY flirting with you!" If I deny it, they tell me to stop being such a downer and that they "give up" on trying to help me!

It makes me feel like I'm living in an alternate reality. I feel like enough of a freak as it is, since apparently every woman but me must beat men off with bats, and then to have my friends turn around and act like I'm lying/oblivious/hopeless just pisses me off even more.
