should the best date of my life repeat?

So last summer i was on date with a very very great guy which was the best date of my life and his too. we were just talking and at the end of the night we made out. He said how wanted to be with me but the problem is that we are born in the same city but we live in different countries. and before we get in the car he looked at me and said that he adores me and i panicked. I liked him very much but it was so early to say such thing. Before the date we were chatting on fb for a long time but still it was early.
The problem is that im in relationship for 7 months with a great guy but the other guy sometimes write me and asking me if im going in my hometown and will he see me there. i REALLY wanna see him and talk to him but i dont know if thats the right thing. i Dont wanna cheat my boyfriend and i wont. is it a cheating if u see ur ex?
