Need advice with what he is saying

I have been single for a couple of years and only been with one man my whole life. A guy at work is flirting with me with some very sexual words. Since I am not very experienced how can I let him know I want to hook up with him and I am afraid since I don't have a lot of experience.

Sexual words doesn't mean he's in to you. Some men just like the banter, they like to see how you respond. Doesn't mean anything.

If you REALLY want him, just ask him out for drinks after work?

And they usually like to see how she responds because they are into her, don't they? I suppose, that's not the case every single time though.

The most straightforward and in my opinion the best way to let him know that you want to hook up is to flirt back and then ask him out.

Not necessarily. But then, I can only speak from personal experience.
