    Does she love me?

I Love You. I miss you.
I've said this out loud to her daily.
I've texted this to her too.
but she doesn't not say or test "I love you. Or I miss you." in return.
I've noticed that during our past 3 years together, she did not utter this 'I love you' freely. Whenever I said 'I love you' in front of her, she always replied by kissing in the air.
the only times she said these words were in the birthday cards of valentine cards.

    Am I too sensitive?
I'm in my 50s, a widower. she's in her late forties, a divorcee.

We can express our love in different ways, not just by words. Does she show you in other ways that she loves you?

    Thanks Boisdevie,

    I guess I'm too sensitive.
She does at times. At times, she was so loving that she would hold my hand and held me close. And lean on me when on escalotros like teenage lovers.
At times, she woulen't even hold hands or would hold them limply.
Lol. I may have made a mistake just now by asking her in a text message. "Do you love me?"
She avoided that question and replied other mundune stuff.
She had not told anyone that we're back together again. Is that an issue?
    So?
    Does she love me?

She might feel suffocating by your constant attentions. Maybe you too should find other ways to express your love for her, and stop telling her you love her at every corner of the street. Or tell her only once in a longer while, on special occasions.

EDIT: Sorry, I didn't realize this was the Ask a female forum. My bad.

    Hi Jolicoeur

    Suffocate with too much love?
    That's new for me.
Okay, I shall reserve them for special occasions.
    Thanks a heap.

I have found in relationships there is often one who loves more than the other, and if that is not completely true the expression of love is rarely equal between partners.

It's a figure of speach of course. Too much attention becomes harassing. Sometimes.

The one who loves most is always the one who suffers most.
