Still in love with ex

Hey, I found this forum a few months ago. It helped me a lot. I found support, and encouragement I needed here. My girlfriend left me over a year ago. I still miss her, not like I used to. But still deep down, I still love her. Is it normal to still have feelings for her? Or is it me that I can't get over her?

I think it all depends, each case and person is different.
When I was younger it took me over a yer to get over a guy that I dated for less than 3 months then another guy I dated for 10 years I got over in a few months. Go figure.
I think it all depends on a lot of things like how is your life right now, how was your relationship with your ex... and so on.
