I was like 39-40 kg before when I lost weight, and now I'm 43-45 which is the best I want to stay.

Btw she disappeared already and we r still talking for who to know? lol
Yeh, on the outside your health is good, but you cant see what its doing on the inside.
Im 23, and have type 1. Generally overweight people are more likely to develop type 2, but that isnt really to do with them being overweight, but more to do with their poor diet which = them being overweight (as most people put on weight when their diet is unhealthy)
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Skinny animals live longer. True. So don't worry.
Unless you are starving yourself in some way, just trust your body. Eat healthy and exercise everyday. Besides, people who are skinny in teens and 20s put on some weight later. Usually when they get a job and find themselves at a computer for large parts of the day....![]()

No you can't say they eat unhealthy, I see they eat healthier than a lot of thin people but it doesn't help, it depends on the body build even. But to be honest, I like to be thin, as long as you have some meat not like only bone and skin.
I'm not sure but it happens to you pretty early- 23 years old. Are you still thin or average bmi now? My mum is not thin, a bit chubby but she had check her health before and she had no cholesterol or any problem with her health, and she didn't eat strictly but always enough water and fruits, vegetables.
How did you know that you have got diabetic? Was there any signs or you came to check for health every year?
Whenever I feel something wrong with my body, I check with doctor right away because I'm very coward at any sickness. But luckily nothing serious yet so far.
In the other hand how could you stop eating those yummy fries? I can't stop eating them, even kfc, but not so often coz I don't want to put more weight now lol.
Overweight people generally eat more food, alot of them unhealthy food, some of them not, but to be overweight (unless there is a health condition) means you eat more calories than you burn off.
It hasnt "happened" to me pretty early. Im type 1 diabetic which means i am insulin dependant by injection (5 times a day). Type 1 is usually diagnosed in younger people- normally children. Though i actually developed gestational diabetes (meaning when i was pregnant) this usually does not last long beyond pregnancy though i had complications (that i wont go in to as too detailed) which means that this is me for life.
Type 2 diabetes is more common in older and/or overweight people. It can normally be controlled with diet and medication.

I'm sorry to hear you have that, at least we all hope to be healthy.
It seems like thin people don't often have serious sickness, and my grandfather was healthy till he die because of oldness, one Thing he kept doing to keep his health was walking everyday, I'm 26 and I think it's time to start to take care of my health. One funny thing, he ate animal's fat or anything but still ramained healthy and thin lol.
I'm sure you can stay healthy by sports.
But still, there are unfair things like some people would eat whatever they can, and still thin. But some others don't dare to eat junk food, but they are still fat. So, it's unfair to the fat people that tried to lose weight.
