Need some advise asap

I have been dating this guy for about 3 months and I like his personality but there are some things that bother me and i am not sure if it is worth pursuing. He has some financial troubles at the moment that he says is just temporary but I don't see how he plans to resolve them in the timeframe he insists he is. The next issue is that the few times we have had sex it was not that good and he said he is just going thru a lot of things and his mind is not fully into it. He is talking about giving up his apartment and staying with me since he spends every night with me anyway but I do not think that is a good idea. Should I end things with this guy and find someone who has their act together or should I give it more time?

Yeah agree with everyone. This guy has financial problems and is planning to give up his place and move in? Ridiculous.
Massive alarm bells. Also if the sex is crap don't bother, it will only get worse.
