Hi guys,

I'm 19 years old over the last couple of years i've had a few girls that I fancy become attracted to me for one reason or another. However as soon as I show any interest in them, and trust me I don't go over the top... they either get with another guy or get back with there ex.. I feel like i'm always the 'back-up', it's actually affecting my confidence and the way I talk to girls. Just wanted to get some advice on what to do in these situations? Girls tell me that they really like me, but as soon as we exchange numbers, I don't hear from them and a week later they're with other guys.. srsly..

Are you a people pleaser? Do you get put on the "friends ladder?" (google "ladder theory" for more info) are you waiting toooo long to make a romantice move? So many questions, so little info.

Hold off on the showing interest.....those ones were setting you up for the friends zone. As soon you show interest in going out with them they run because they really were not interested in you sexually.

Ya the Ladder Theory has a lot of truth to it.....I get jumped on all the time when I suggest it....I guess people are afraid of the truth.
