why am i thinking about the person that i don't even know??

So i'm almost 20 and he's 30... he was my trainer when i was 14,15years old, i didn't saw him more then 5 years, well i saw him 2 years ago just hello hello what's up and that's it... and almost the last 1 months i can't stop thinking about him i don't know why... i even have some weird dreams about him, he's in my head all the time???

I never saw him like a guy i'm mean like a man that i could be in love or something, he always was my funny trainer, he is cute handsome but i don't know??? It's stupid, i don't even know anything about him?? Don't have him on FB,Skype, MSN (i don't use anything else)...

so ha ha this is stupid but does anyone know what happening with me, why i'm thinking about someone that i didn't saw or heard for so long???...

It isn't him that you are thinking about. You are just thinking about being in a relationship and/or being in love. Your brain has thrown a random picture onto this thought. Trust me, it isn't him. It could just as easily be Johnny Depp or Justin Timberlake or any other guy.

Don't worry about it too much and just keep living your life. You will find someone real who you will feel that way about soon enough.
