I May Never See Her Again, What Do?

There is this girl who I believe is the most beautiful girl I ever saw and know.
We have a whole background thats about 7years but I'm not going to post it unless anyone actually wants to read it to get more info.
I leave for basic in less than a month and if I don't make some move I feel I'll never see her again. The only way I can contact her is over Facebook but I don't want to tell her how I feel online, I want to do it in person. She knows me as a shy guy who doesn't talk much, I wrote her a love letter once and she got made at me for it.
How should I go about doing it? Do I just send her a message saying "Hey, do you want to meet up sometime before I leave for basic"
I'm not sure if she hates me now or anything but I don't care, because even if I look like an idiot I will probably never see her again.

What Mathias said. If she's already gotten mad at you for writing a love letter, it's pointless to tell her anything. Move on.

You have already told her how you feel. She didn't want that with you. I'm sorry, but although you feel that way about her, she doesn't feel that way about you.

It is best to move on and concentrate on other potential dating partners.

It was a while back so I don't remember exactly, but she was mostly mad at me because I couldn't tell her in person. Even after that happened I would still sleep over with her brother but in the middle of the night we would sleep together. And a few other things happened that showed she must of had some feelings for me.
