well I blocked her news feed, but am still going to her page anyway.. so blocking or defriending is my only answer I think

if it makes it easier--i didn't completely block my ex, i just blocked their posts from popping up in my newsfeed. You can control who shows up on your main feed by editing your options at the bottom. It really helped me to not have them popping up anymore. Doesn't mean you won't visit their page yourself, but it could be a start.

Just do it, its that easy, and once its done its a WAVE of relief. When I blocked my ex it felt good, but I was also pissed off at her so it was pretty easy. Say right now "In 30 seconds this will be done" and then do it. Once the goal and objective are set, following the path becomes a lot easier.
