How to get the 'spark' back into a relationship?

I need some advice. How do you put that 'spark' back into the relationship after you've gotten past the honeymoon stage? I feel like my boyfriend and I have become too comfortable with one another that it's more like friends now, instead of a couple. Any advice? Please don't suggest anything sexual, I'm waiting until marriage. (I'm only 18, and have little to no interest in anything sexual right now.)

    Thanks!

Guys fear boredom and it can end a relationship. You two are just going to have to do things you would never do normally, like take salsa dancing lessons or take up indoor rock climbing or join a softball team, etc. You just need to keep busy doing fun things. Maybe some fun day trips to an amusement park or go camping with friends.

    Start 'dating' each other again.

Dress to impress and make an effort with your appearance e.g. new hairdo.

Go somewhere you've not been before.

Act almost as though you are getting to know each other.

Marriage doesn't mean things have to get old, but it will take some effort to keep things fresh.

So you have discussed that you both will wait for marriage to have sex and he has agreed to this? Are you two planning to get married?

In my opinion, you're looking at it wrong.

The "honeymoon stage" where you get all googly-eyed looking at each other, that wears off. Always. What you're left with if you've got it, is love. Love is comfortable, comforting, and does not come at a price.

My boyfriend and I haven't talked about marriage no, but I've told him that I'm not having sex till marriage, and he is fine with that.

What kind of things did you do to kindle a "spark" before you lost it?

Wake up has a point. Whatever got you together should be enough to sustain you - to an extent.

Hubby and I got together at a metal concert. When we feel bored, stuck, distant or whatever we go away for a weekend and see a band we adore. All I have to say is "I think we're due for a concert." and even deciding who we should see and where brings us close again. By the time we get to going away we're all excited and mushy with each other again.

Be spontaneous. If you've become comfortable with eachother then lose that comfort! Take some time to get all dressed up...even if you aren't going anywhere fancy..dress up. Make it fun by role playing in a way every now and then and pretend it's like your first date all over again. Keep it fresh and don't fall into a dating routine...go different places

We went to 3 concerts last year. Soundwave (I saw Faith No More!!!! hahahahaha!), Devin Townsend Project, then Metallica. It was a bloody good year. This year, no concerts. But that's ok. We're going to see Hale and Pace next month and a comedy gig is almost as good as live music. :p

For me, reflect what your boyfriend like or love about you. Make him feel just the very first time you've met each other!
