Sooo I can't stop thinking about the person who hurt me the most. It's been almost a year, but no matter what I do I can't stop thinking about her. Any tricks/ideas?

Get rid of all her things, deleted any pics of her/emails etc. Deleted her number off your phone.
Do something to keep you busy.
Get a hobby.
join a local football team or something.
Go out with people you meet at these things.
It just takes time

Gorgeous girls make it easier for me to forget a bad relationship.
Working out also helps greatly.
Meeting someone else also helps.
