i like shy guys they are cute i say go for it you have nothing to lose just tell her how you feel you didnt know her before so if she doesn't speak to you anymore just because you like her in that way you wont be missing much.

girls always like to know a guy likes them just tell her. wat is the worst that could happen. most girls dont make the first move they just live hints and clues so if you dont make a move you will never know. you will be friends for 4 years and you will still be thinking of making a move. just get it over with.
