is there anyway an genral advice section would be warrented on this site? i know myself has questions from time to time that would fit into this catogory but i never post them because well there is no real place to put this. maybe theres a choice your trying to make or stuck not knowing hot to handle a situation with family or friends and just need a little advice.
just a thought.

Why wouldn't you just post it anywhere? Most of the regulars don't give a damn about the categories anyway.
