We are 35 (m) and 29 (f) and we have been dating each other for 10 years! I have told my girlfriend about this extremely weird thought going around in my head for the pasted few months and she didnt really say a word.. Only thing she said that she is shocked.. I thought i would leave it like that until she brings it up again! It's something that i will never force her to do..

My question is:

Is it normal for us men that it's a turn on thinking of my girlfriend having sex with another man while i watch or be part of the action?

I wouldn't say it's normal, but it does seem to be a fetish a lot of guys have.

Good move on not bringing it up again unless she does, women can take that the wrong way.
