Um I am 15 about 5'7 and I have the build of a lineman in football I really care about what girls have to say and I always cater to how they are feeling and all there needs And offer good advice on how guys act and I'm honest about how I feel and i have even cried to my best friend who is a girl. BUT everytime I develop real emotions and feelings for a girl I get the guts to ask and they say were just friends why is that I'm not fat just bigger and I'm not ugly either what did I do wrong. My best friend is beautiful and she listens and understands me but I'm afraid to ask her. What should I do? Oh and she's short and thin if that matters.

Unfortunately, you're unintentionally becoming a doormat for them. Once you become that, you're not going to be a challenging conquest, and the lure of dating you is lost.

So, back off a little. Don't do everything for them - they can do some stuff for themselves. Show interest early and be aggressive, but don't give into everything they want either.
