    Serious question: inexpensive viagra

    Hi,
I have a prescription for viagra, but my insurance does not cover it. I am currently paying $25 per pill at Walgreen's. Is there a cheaper, RELIABLE source for viagra? Like, does someone keep a list of costs for meds that are commonly not covered?

I don't want to order from some black market online source. I want a legit source. I don't want to be eating lead paint (see "60 Minutes" segment where cheap online drugs were made with lead paint powder.)

p.s. My testosterone levels are fine. This really is an ED issue. I'm otherwise a healthy person, no circulatory problems, no smoking, occasional drinking, I'm normal weight.

EDIT: To me, all the websites selling viagra are suspect, unless proven otherwise.

Well, since I don't live in the us.. I can't probably recommend.. but you can look for options and then post it here so I'll tell you if it's cheap drugs or not...

Well, if it's a website, i'd like a third party to agree that it is actually legit meds, not just lead paint powder or something worse.

Here's a site which compares prices from mailorder websites which require a prescription. But I'm still leery.

Interesting. This website has strict guidelines for the other websites they list. Specifically, a "verified listing" must have these:

All online pharmacies must have specific qualifications for approval in the PharmacyChecker Verification Program and to publish the PharmacyChecker.com seal on their websites. PharmacyChecker.com verifies the following qualifications:

    * Pharmacy license (with applicable pharmacy board or licensing authority)
    * DEA-issued license for controlled substances (for U.S. pharmacies only - non U.S. pharmacies are not permitted to ship controlled substances into the U.S.)
    * Prescription is required (based on an in-person examination, with exceptions where expressly permitted by law)
    * Privacy policy (one that affirms a consumer's information will not be shared with third parties)
    * Financial and personal information is secure (encryption required on web pages where financial and personal information is transmitted)
    * Contact information (mailing address and phone number)

Some of these pharmacies sounds ... I dunno fishy ... anyway I did contact on of my colleges in Tempe ...so I got this address..

But I'm not sure if you can save money when you buy it there ... all I can guarantee is the source ...

I'd either talk to your insurance company or change insurance if possible. I ran into this issue - it turned out they had a policy against covering ED meds for younger people (too much recreational use). It was fixed pretty quickly.

Mathias, thank you. It is not possible for me to change insurance companies, as the insurance is paid for by my employer. But if my doctor sent them a note, I might get an exception. I do not use it often.

Insurance companies will usually only pay for 5-10 a month anyway.

That would be super. I have already mailed my doc. This is a mystery to my doc and I. It's not just a case of "first time floppy" either (nervousness due to first time being with someone). The problem happens randomly. But I will do more cardio exercises. That's the one thing I change and more problems started happening. I was doing no cardio, and doing all weight lifting or abs. (My abs look good BTW.)
