Hey guys, im in a rite state at the mo, in tears as i type!!! I dont really know anyone to talk to cos i live away from home, so this is abit desparate!! I split from my first love a few days ago and i cant believe how badly its hit me!! Im too upset to type the whole story, i jus dont know how to deal wiv these feelings!! I cant stop crying, i hav this churning in my stomach, i cant stop thinking about the good intimate times we had, she's permently in my head!! I cried myself to sleep last nite clutching a photo of her! I never knew someone i cared for this much cud make my heart feel this bad!

wow, we hae all been there. I completely understand how you feel. this is your first "real" love. It takes time. The only thing you can do is really understand that you are hurt and it will take time to get over it? Are you on talking terms with her or did it end badly?
