I fell in love with him the moment I met him. He was everything I'd been looking for: outgoing, intelligent, romantic, and exciting, with a quirky sense of humor. The two months I spent with him were among the best in my life. Then, he stopped returning my calls and I found out he'd been seeing another girl the entire duration of our relationship.
Since the breakup 3 months ago, I've dated a few different guys, but I really miss the fire of my old relationship. I know it's time for me to move on, but I can't seem to let go. May I please have some advice?

I think that sometimes being rejected can spur a bit of obsession, but the feelings will eventually fade.

Ask yourself this, if he was lying to you about the girl on the side, doesn't that mean the entire thing was a lie/act? The good news, you know what you want out of a guy, just find one who is honest and has some integrity.
