i dont understand what she means when she says that 'we came close to each other as friends and she did not fall in love at first sight, so she dosent find me sexy'

she likes me, spends a lot of time with me, cares about me, hold my hand while walking,
we lay beside each other, when i kiss her she gets goosebumps,

so what does she mean when she says that.. is it just a commitment issue?
