Things seems complicated, Help!

The situation is that I’m a supervisor second in command so if he is not around or if shifted schedule, I’ll cover up.

One time, I missed something back home so I go ask for someone who I can borrowed. I ask if she had one she responded that she had none and say never forgot it. I responded to remind me that thing so we swap numbers.So that instance trigger, she go text-ed me to reminded consistently except weekends. My team with a few x-teammates of mine always teased/paired-up us during lunch. I handle the situation relax and when I look to her she’s quite serious responding to few questions thrown to her. After that she’ll ping me if I’m mad with the teasing they doing I’ll just responded that I’m used to it. We get along to a couple of chat to IM. There are a few instance that she stops in my workplace to talk and joke around. There is also a couple time that we touch or either hold hand secretly.

This seems lengthy I guest so bare with me .. on 26, i had to meet my best friend but i need to wait for a couple hour so i decide to go with her and walk to the mall. We had a good laugh and share. Then, the first 2 days of last week I treat the team for a movie. After those i escort her back to her home. And then the next day I suddenly go moody I snob her during lunch. She approach me asking why I’ve just say nothing. I realize what a dumb-ass I was. So initiate the conversation the next day I notice she was not same as before. She says that was the scary scene for me she was so afraid. I said i will not do that again. But it seems that everything is gonna fall. I’m now hesitant to fetch her home and the texting is quite seldom.

At first I never like this co-employee of mine maybe I’m not into her physically or maybe just not my type (ie. she’s have a bubbly personalty and have a lot of suitors when she came along ). However when I get to know this girl personality along way, I’m kinda like her but with the recent situation, I think its gonna hurt.

What should I do now.
