I know it's probably just a bad habit and doesn't really mean anything, but it bothered me how u used the term "gay", when I think u meant stupid or lame. I used to have the same bad habit throughout middle school. It might be in your best interest to try and break it, because sepending on where u live, there might be many more gay/bi people in your high school than middle school. I know that's the way it was for me. Plus, you won't be taking the risk of offending anyone.
Now that I've finished with that spiel, I've spent way too much of my life crying over idiot men. I don't recommend it. Tell him how u feel (but not completely, you could scare him off). If he doesn't feel the same way, forget about him. Yes, I know it's hard, but you're really better off without someone who doesn't appreciate you for how special you are. Everyone needs to be appreciated, and no one should be satisfied with anything less.
Learn to always appreciate other's opinions, even if you don't agree with them.
