Should I move in that town for him?

Hello!
I've been with this guy for almost 2 years together. We had some problems cause he wasnt very faithful (I caught him with many lies) but I dont think he cheated on me. But because of that we were fighting a lot in the end we finally broke up and after a month I moved to Germany.
When we were together we had plans of moving here together. He has a sister in Germany, so he had his reasons.
I moved here for some german courses and in the next month I want to look for a job. Lately we've started talking again and he said he wants to come here too in the summer, but in his sister's town and look for a job there.
My problem is..should I look for a job and move in his sister's town, not knowing for sure if he will come there too or if we're going to be together again..? Would he think I'm just too desperate? If I move some place else, I don't think we are ever going to be together again because we tried long distance in the past and it was too hard. And if I move in his sister's town and he decides in the end not to come, I would feel like a loser who got tricked. It is a nice, big town so I wouldnt have anything to lose..except my pride.
What would you do? I love him a lot.

- Do you really see yourself spending your life with this guy? If so, then move to be with him.
- Wait, if he hasn't moved yet, don't move to the new town.
- But if you can get a good job that pays well there, why not move? Whether you two are together or not you will still have a good job.
