So this guy and I were practically together before he left for bootcamp.. He left for techschool in february and we've talked about 4 times since then.. I'm thinking about writing him because I dont know what we are and i feel he should know how i feel. I dont want to annoy him though and he seems like he doesnt really care anymore... Should I write him or just let him be?

I think that if he hasnt contact u yet. You should just let him go because by writing to him....you obviously want him to reply not just to let him know how you feel. I think you hope he still cares about you (if im wrong than apologise)...Well if you text him and tell him all of your feelings it might not end up well...at this point you can put down ur-self which may affect rest of your relationships ....
